Tami has lived every chapter of reinvention.
Today she helps women heal, align, and build businesses that breathe.
When Tami was 19, tragedy struck twice losing her brother and sister in separate car accidents just six months apart.
That heartbreak became the spark for a life devoted to purpose and resilience.
That same year she opened her first brick-and-mortar gym, long before female founders were common.
From there, she built global fitness bootcamps, trained thousands of women, and launched her own certification curriculum.
Soon after, she stepped onto national television as a host for FOX Sportsnet and The Outdoor Life Network, traveling the world and inspiring viewers with stories of strength.
She became a model and competitor, earning 20 titles in fitness and pageantry, and appearing in commercials and film.
The real transformation came later through heartbreak, healing, and faith

From Survival to Surrender to Sacred Success
Tami carried the scars of childhood abuse and low self-worth.
Her people-pleasing nature led her into two marriages to narcissistic men; the second was devastatingly abusive.
Leaving nearly cost her life she was bedridden with Lyme disease, parasites, and co-infections, her body shutting down under years of trauma.
Through frequency therapy, emotional release work, and unshakable faith, she rebuilt her health cell by cell, and began guiding others to do the same.
That rebirth became The Unscripted Woman Method I AM HER, a blueprint for healing, alignment, and purpose-driven success.
Perserverence
A Lifetime of Leadership & Legacy
Over 30 years, Tami has founded and scaled businesses across health, education, and digital marketing.
She built and ran an underground private school for 70 children during COVID, after homeschooling her three daughters for 16 years.
She also created her own dance and self-esteem program for girls, turning her childhood pain into a movement of confidence and joy. Her studio and self-esteem camps taught entrepreneurial skills, body positivity, and leadership to countless girls and women across Canada.
A dynamic and sought-after keynote speaker, Tami has addressed schools, women’s conferences, and entrepreneurial events on topics like self-worth, faith in business, and the power of authentic success.

What began as a personal healing journey has grown into a collaborative vision: a mother/daughter duo using story, strategy, and spirit to empower women to rise.
